14-Day Refund & Return Policy

At mbeat, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may return your product to mbeat within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund of the original product cost, excluding freight charges.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact (ready to be placed back on the shelf).
  • The item must not be opened, used, or damaged, and must be in perfect condition.
  • You must not write or place stickers directly on the product or its packaging. Postage labels should be applied only to the outer shipping packaging.
  • This return policy applies only to items sold directly by mbeat.com.au.

30-Day Dead on Arrival (D.O.A) Warranty Policy

Products purchased directly from mbeat.com.au come with a 30-day D.O.A. warranty, applicable if your product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please submit a support ticket or email the mbeat support team at support-at-mbeat-dot-com-dot-au to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Resolution Options for Faulty Items:

If the product is determined to be faulty, mbeat will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement – A new unit of the same or equivalent model will be shipped, with postage costs reimbursed (proof of postage cost required). If no proof is provided, postage reimbursement will follow mbeat’s standard shipping cost policy.
  • Repair – You may choose to have the product repaired, with postage costs reimbursed under the same conditions as above. Once you select this option, you cannot request a replacement.
  • Refund – If a replacement or repair is unavailable, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding freight) may be offered, along with postage reimbursement.

If the Product is Not Faulty:

  • The item will be returned to you via self-pickup or shipped at your expense, following mbeat’s standard shipping cost policy.
  • If mbeat determines that you have misrepresented the condition of the returned product and it is not faulty, a $35 handling fee may be imposed.

Standard Warranty Return Policy (1-Year Warranty)

All mbeat-branded products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If your product experiences a hardware failure preventing basic functionality beyond the 30-day D.O.A. period, you may request a warranty claim by submitting a support ticket or emailing support-at-mbeat-dot-com-dot-au to obtain an RMA number.

Resolution Options for Faulty Items:

  • Replacement – A new unit of the same product will be provided.
  • Repair – You may choose to have the product repaired. Once this option is selected, you cannot request a replacement.
  • Refund – Only available if neither a replacement nor repair is possible. A refund for the original purchase price (excluding freight) may be offered.

If the Product is Not Faulty:

  • The item will be returned via self-pickup or shipped at your expense, based on mbeat’s standard shipping cost policy.
  • If mbeat determines that you misrepresented the condition of the returned product, a $35 handling fee may apply.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all freight charges under this policy.
  • Standard wear and tear, misuse, or out-of-warranty products are not covered.
  • The one-year warranty period starts on the original purchase date. A replacement or repair does not extend the warranty.
  • An original receipt or equivalent email proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Retail Partner Purchase Warranty

If you purchased a genuine mbeat product from a third-party retailer, it is eligible for replacement under the standard warranty policy. However, mbeat does not reimburse any freight costs incurred during the warranty claim process for products bought from third-party retailers.

Compatibility Issue Claims

mbeat does not guarantee compatibility between its products and all third-party devices. Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.

In case of a compatibility issue with another brand’s device, we recommend contacting mbeat support before initiating a warranty claim. mbeat reserves the right to determine whether the product is faulty.
