14 Days Refund Return Policy:

At mbeat, our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to mbeat within 14 days after receiving your item. We will refund you the original product cost, excluding freight charges.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed


Please note:

  • The item must be returned in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
  • The item must NOT be opened, used or damaged, and must be in perfect condition when returned
  • You must NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
  • Our returns policy only applies to itemssold directly by mbeat.com.au

30 Days Delegation of Authority (D.o.A) Warranty Policy:

mbeat products directly sold by mbeat.com.au are provided with a 30 day D.O.A warranty.

This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 30 days of your purchase.

Please submit a support ticket or email the mbeat support team at support@mbeat.com.au to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. mbeat will not accept returns without prior authorisation and an RMA number.

When your item is returned, the mbeat support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you the following options:


If the item diagnosed as faulty:

  • Replacement. mbeat will ship a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent model with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt, or the postage will follow mbeat shipping cost standard on the specific product.
  • Repair. You may have the product repaired with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt,or the postage will follow mbeat shipping cost standard on the specific product. However, once you choose this option, you may not request replacement.
  • Refund. This option is only available if an equivalent replacement or repair cannot be provided. mbeat may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight) and your postage.

If the item is diagnosed as not faulty:

You will have the item back to you again by self pick-up or shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow mbeat shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if mbeat determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, mbeat may impose up to a $35 handling fee.


Standard Warranty return Policy:

Every mbeat –branded product has one year warranty since the day you purchase. A product is considered faulty if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability. If you believe that your product is faulty and it has exceeded 30 days since you purchased. Please submit a support ticket or email the mbeat support team at support@mbeat.com.au to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Mbeat will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Once your item is returned, the mbeat support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you one of the following options:

Please note:

  • Under this policy, customers are responsible for freight chargesunder any circumstances.
  • Users who misuse, mistreat, submits a product with standard wear and tear or a product that is out of our warranty period are not covered by standard warranty.
  • A one-year warranty starts on the day of your first purchase. A replacement or repair product will not extend your warranty period.
  • The original receipt or equivalent email is required.

Retail partner purchase warranty:

Every genuine mbeat product bought from a third party retail partner is authorised for replacement under a standard warranty return policy. However, we do not offer refunds on any freight that occurs during the warranty claim period for products bought from third party retailers.


Compatibility issue claim:

mbeat does not guarantee that every computer related device 100% compatible with every computer. We recommend customer read the description of each product carefully before purchase. When a compatibility issue involving another brand’s device occurs, we recommend you contact mbeat support team to seek advice before starting a warranty claim. mbeat reserves the right to determine if the product is faulty.
